Tia Griffitts is the visionary behind The Reserve at Jacksonville. What began as a dream quickly became a passion project fueled by countless hours of research, thoughtful planning, and conversations with wedding professionals to better understand what couples truly want from their wedding venue.
Every space at The Reserve has been intentionally designed with one goal in mind: creating a place where couples can slow down, celebrate without feeling rushed, and enjoy every moment with the people they love most. From the weekend rental concept to the carefully planned amenities, every detail reflects Tia's vision of making wedding weekends as memorable as the marriage they celebrate.
Outside of The Reserve, Tia is a proud mother of three, daughter Londyn, son Ryder, and step-son Beau. Tia serves full-time as the Department Administrator for SIU Medicine's Ear, Nose and Throat Clinic. Balancing a demanding career, raising a young family, and bringing The Reserve to life is no small task, but creating meaningful experiences for others has always been one of her greatest passions.
When she isn't at work or spending time with her family, Tia enjoys giving back to the Jacksonville community through volunteer work and fundraising efforts. Her heart for serving others is woven into every part of The Reserve, creating a place where every couple feels welcomed, celebrated, and cared for from the moment they arrive.

Behind every dream is someone helping bring it to life, and for The Reserve, that's Mike.
As Tia's husband and the owner of the construction company building the venue, Mike has played an essential role in turning years of planning into reality. A retired firefighter and longtime business owner in Jacksonville, Mike brings decades of experience, hard work, and craftsmanship to every stage of the project.
While Tia envisioned the experience, Mike has been instrumental in creating the place where those memories will unfold.
